Adam David Rutherford is an English geneticist and science communicator. He spent a decade as an audio-visual content editor for the journal Nature and has been a frequent contributor to The Guardian newspaper. Rutherford has hosted several BBC Radio 4 programmes, including Inside Science and The Curious Cases of Rutherford and Fry. He has also produced science documentaries and published books focused on genetics and the origin of life.
