Charles Gibson is an American broadcast television anchor, journalist, and podcaster. He was a host of Good Morning America from 1987 to 1998 and again from 1999 to 2006, and the anchor of ABC World News from 2006 to 2009. Gibson has had a long and successful career in television news, working for ABC News for many years.
