Dale Carnegie

Dale Carnegie was an American writer and teacher who was born in 1888 in Maryville, Missouri. He grew up on a farm and later moved to New York City, where he taught courses in self-improvement, salesmanship, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. Carnegie is best known as the author of the bestselling book 'How to Win Friends and Influence People', which was published in 1936 and remains popular today. He also wrote other self-help books, including 'How to Stop Worrying and Start Living' and 'Lincoln the Unknown'.
