Kenneth Hartley Blanchard is an American author, business consultant, and motivational speaker. He has written more than 70 books, the majority of which were co-authored collaborations. Blanchard is best known for The One Minute Manager, his most successful work, which has sold more than 15 million copies and been translated into numerous languages. The book's widespread adoption made it one of the most influential business publications of its era. Blanchard co-created Situational Leadership with Paul Hersey, a leadership theory developed during their work on the textbook Management of Organizational Behavior. This framework has become widely used in business training and organizational development.
