Nina Allan is a British writer of speculative fiction. She has published five collections of short stories, multiple novella-sized works, and five novels. Her work has appeared in several prominent magazines including Interzone, Black Static, and Crimewave. Allan's stories have received significant recognition within the speculative fiction community, having been nominated for and won a number of awards. Her accolades include the Grand prix de l'Imaginaire and the BSFA Award.
