Scott Turow is an American writer and lawyer who has authored numerous fiction and nonfiction books. He worked as a lawyer for a decade before transitioning to full-time writing. Turow's novels are primarily set within the legal community of the fictional Kindle County. Several of his books have been adapted into films. Turow's work has been translated into over 40 languages and has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide.
