First published 2006

Tom zooms past Captain Najork's window in his two-seater jam powered frog. The Captain still burns with embarrassment from their last encounter. Tom had defeated him and his hired sportsmen at womble, muck and sneedball. Captain Najork cannot let this humiliation stand. He launches into hot pursuit of the boy who bested him. Tom must stay ahead of his determined pursuer while the Captain plots his revenge. This chase will test both their skills and reveal whether Tom can outwit his nemesis again. The story explores the stubborn pride that drives Captain Najork and the clever resourcefulness that keeps Tom one step ahead.
