Jeff Dunham tells the story of his rise from ordinary kid to America's most successful touring comedian. At eight years old, he spotted a toy dummy in a store window. That moment sparked a journey that would lead him through sold-out arenas across multiple continents. Dunham explains how he transformed ventriloquism from an old-fashioned art into something modern and relevant. His YouTube videos have reached over 400 million viewers worldwide. He has sold more than six million DVDs and earned spots on Forbes Celebrity 100 list for two consecutive years. The book reveals the major moments that shaped his career, from his early hobby to playing venues filled with screaming fans. Dunham shares behind-the-scenes details about show business with honesty and humor. His puppet characters interrupt throughout the narrative, adding commentary and embarrassing stories that Dunham himself won't tell. The memoir captures how one person's unusual passion became a pathway to extraordinary success.
