When aging farmer Dakin must make way for a younger cow, he reluctantly takes his faithful friend Blossom to the livestock market. But on the way, the beloved bovine escapes and sets off on a perilous trek back to the only home she's ever known. As Dakin searches high and low, the close-knit town rallies to help Blossom find her way, determined to reunite the faithful pair.
