A missile tears through a 15th century castle near Edinburgh, killing Israel's Foreign Minister and wounding Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. The attack destroys what should have been an historic peace treaty signing overseen by Sir Geoffrey Cornwell of Task Force Trident. Gunnery Sergeant Kyle Swanson rushes to the UK and stops another assassination attempt on the Saudi prince. The attackers aren't Al Qaeda operatives but foreign agents who want to block the peace deal and seize Saudi oil reserves. While Kyle hunts the conspiracy, his deadliest enemy emerges from the shadows. Juba, one of the world's most skilled snipers, wants revenge against the man who nearly killed him. Kyle must protect the prince and survive his personal war with Juba. The stakes reach beyond one man's vendetta to encompass Middle Eastern peace and global oil control.
