Desperate to reclaim his position as Steve's favorite companion, Rufus devises an outrageous strategy. He will become the ideal human friend through elaborate costumes and ridiculous stunts. Each attempt grows more absurd than the last as Rufus struggles to master human behavior. The schemes backfire spectacularly, creating chaos that threatens to destroy their relationship entirely.
