Noraly Schoenmaker's world collapses when she discovers her partner has been cheating. The Dutch geologist quits her job and flies to India, planning to start over. Instead, she falls for a Royal Enfield motorcycle and decides to ride it through the Himalayas. What begins as a short mountain tour becomes a 20,000-mile odyssey across continents. Schoenmaker breaks down on steep mountain passes and pushes through endless miles of empty roads. She navigates remote territories she never imagined visiting. Along the way, she encounters strangers whose kindness surprises her and discovers the raw beauty of open spaces. Each mile traveled rebuilds her confidence in herself.
