Jake is no ordinary dog. With his gruff bark and mischievous streak, he's the terror of the cul-de-sac. When his owner, 10-year-old Lily, lets him out one morning, Jake escapes and wreaks havoc - chasing mailmen, terrorizing cat ladies, and destroying flower beds. As the neighborhood grows increasingly frustrated, Lily must find a way to rein in her unruly pup before he gets them all in serious trouble. In the end, Jake's antics teach Lily - and the whole community - that sometimes a little bit of chaos can bring people together.
