The American photographer has spent years documenting border towns and Caribbean islands, but these crowded streets present new challenges. He watches children play soccer between parked cars while vendors sell tacos from metal carts. Each frame he captures reveals layers of urban life, but Webb struggles to find the deeper story beneath the surface chaos. Local residents eye him with suspicion as he raises his camera. Some pose willingly while others turn away or demand payment. Webb questions whether his outsider perspective can truly capture the essence of a place he visits but does not inhabit.
