Lucy and Andy are Neanderthal siblings living 40,000 years ago who face the same problems as any brother and sister today. Lucy watches her baby sibling wander off while trying to avoid the bossy teenagers in their group. Andy gets excited about joining his first mammoth hunt but struggles with the dangerous realities. The siblings work together on cave paintings and daily survival tasks, but their biggest challenge comes when they encounter a group of modern humans for the first time. Lucy must decide whether to trust these strangers while Andy worries about what this meeting means for their family's future. Through their adventures, both siblings learn that growing up in the Stone Age means facing fears about the unknown while staying loyal to each other and their Neanderthal community.
