Korede has become an expert at cleaning up after her younger sister Ayoola. She knows which products remove bloodstains best. Her car trunk fits a body. She stops Ayoola from posting cheerful Instagram photos while supposedly grieving missing boyfriends. Ayoola has now killed three men, earning the sisters' bitter joke about the serial killer threshold. Korede handles the practical aftermath because Ayoola is beautiful, charming, and possibly sociopathic. The one bright spot in Korede's life is Tade, a kind doctor at her hospital. She dreams he will notice her qualities and fall in love. Then Ayoola visits the hospital unexpectedly. Tade notices her immediately and asks Korede for her sister's phone number. Korede faces an impossible choice between protecting the man she loves and continuing to shield her dangerous sister. She must decide what lines she will cross and which loyalty matters more.
