Serge A. Storms climbs into his gold 1969 Plymouth Satellite with sidekick Coleman for their latest Florida adventure: a cemetery road trip during hurricane season. Starting in Key West, they visit burial sites across the state, including a forgotten mass grave in Palm Beach County where African Americans died in the Great Hurricane of 1928 and the final resting place of Flipper the television dolphin. Their tour leads them to an old sugar field where local kids whisper about a boogeyman lurking in the stalks. Serge suspects this threat might be the notorious Naked Florida Man who has been terrorizing communities statewide. As Florida's self-appointed defender, Serge cannot let anyone damage his home state's reputation. He sets out to solve the mystery and deliver his own brand of justice to whoever is hiding in those sugar stalks.
