A terrorist attack crashes into an ordinary family's holiday celebration, and their viral video captures more than carnage. In the background footage, Special Agent Charlie Thompson spots a man who supposedly died years ago. This witness once agreed to testify against a powerful organization that will kill anyone to keep him quiet. Thompson needs someone with the right skills and the wrong reputation to extract the man from an active crime scene. She turns to Michael Hendricks, who has his own bloody history with the people hunting the witness.
