Sergeant Rick Henderson thought a scuba diving trip with his best friend Eric would be simple recreation at Lake Tahoe. Instead, they discover a cave system along the Rubicon Wall that contains far more than expected treasure. Henderson's police training kicks in, but his personal history creates complications as they search deeper. The discovery sets off a chain of dangerous encounters that follow the pair across multiple diving expeditions. When they locate a crashed drug plane in another underwater mission, the Mexican Cartel takes notice. Violence escalates as kidnapping and murder enter the picture. The cartel wants their lost drugs back at any cost. Henderson finds himself working alongside Mexican federal agents, but Eric gets caught in cartel crossfire again. The friends face impossible odds beneath the water and on land. Their bond will be tested as they fight to survive enemies who play by different rules than any Henderson learned as a cop.
