Tony works at a store in San Ventura, California, where supervillain The Cowl terrorizes the streets alongside his partner Blackbird. The Seven Wonders claim to protect the Pacific Coast, but they treat crime fighting like entertainment. They have wiped out every other threat and now hesitate to stop their final enemy, fearing unemployment. The police struggle to shield citizens from The Cowl's violence and the collateral damage the heroes cause. Tony wakes up one morning with incredible abilities that make him Earth's strongest superhero. His girlfriend Jeannie believes he can defeat The Cowl and restore peace to their city. Tony feels the weight of both duty and temptation as he grapples with his new role. The annual Caprotinae meteor shower approaches, carrying a hidden danger within its celestial display.
