Sir Small & the Dragonfly

by Jane O'Connor

First published 1992

In the town of Pee Wee, nobody grows taller than a toothpick. Sir Small lives in this miniature world where even the smallest creatures loom large and dangerous. When a dragonfly swoops down and carries off Lady Teena, the tiny knight faces his greatest challenge. He mounts his faithful ant and sets off in pursuit of the winged beast that has stolen the maiden he must save. Sir Small must use all his courage and cleverness to overcome a creature many times his size. This adventure proves that heroes come in all sizes, and even the smallest knight can accomplish the biggest rescues when someone needs help.
