Mr. Wolf has assembled an unlikely crew for his latest scheme. Mr. Piranha, Mr. Snake, and Mr. Shark don't look like heroes. They don't act like heroes either. But Wolf has convinced them to attempt something different: their first mission helping others instead of helping themselves. The target is Maximum Security City Dog Pound, where two hundred dogs need rescuing. Wolf calls it Operation Dog Pound, though his teammates seem more interested in their old habits. Mr. Snake keeps trying to swallow Mr. Piranha whole. The others struggle to understand why anyone would risk danger without stealing something valuable. As the mission unfolds, these four criminals must figure out whether they can actually become the good guys Wolf believes they can be. Their success depends on working together, but cooperation has never been their strength.
