Eddie is twelve when his father dies and the family bakery closes. Money becomes tight for him and his mother. Christmas approaches and Eddie dreams of finding a shiny new bicycle under their tree. Eddie must learn to see past his childhood hurt and recognize the love his mother poured into every stitch of that simple sweater.
