Heidi Hawthorne works as an FM radio DJ at thirty-seven, fighting to stay clean after years of drug addiction. Depression creeps in as she struggles with sobriety. One day someone leaves a wooden box at the radio station. The box bears a strange symbol and contains a promotional record from a band calling themselves The Lords. No other information comes with it. Heidi decides to play the record on air as a joke. The moment the music starts, something wakes up in the town. Murders begin happening around Heidi.
