Mac lands a role as an extra in a film shooting near a legendary California mountain known for Bigfoot sightings. He gets promoted from background actor to playing the creature itself, complete with a scratchy costume. Ivy gets rejected from the cast for being too short but finds work as an assistant to the woman catering meals for the production. The movie faces constant problems from the start. Equipment explodes without warning. The crew bus breaks down. Someone poisons the catered food. These incidents escalate beyond simple pranks when the saboteur turns deadly. Mac and Ivy find themselves caught in the crossfire as someone desperately tries to shut down the production of "The Tunnel of Doom."
