Editor Oghenechovwe Donald Ekpeki returns with his second annual collection of African speculative fiction, building on his World Fantasy Award-winning 2021 anthology. This time he collaborates with Eugen Bacon, a 2022 World Fantasy Award finalist, and Milton Davis, an established Black speculative fiction editor.
