Mickie and Delilah arrive at 724 Hartford Street in Savannah with a simple plan: sell their inherited house, split the money, and never speak again. The sisters find a warning note telling them to avoid the attic, but they ignore it. The house has different intentions for them both. Strange occurrences force Mickie and Delilah to confront not only the property's violent history but also the unresolved pain between them. The local Savannah residents know more about the house than they admit, creating additional friction for the sisters. Delilah begins acting erratically, then dangerously, as something within the walls takes hold of her. Mickie realizes they cannot simply walk away from 724 Hartford Street. She must battle the malevolent presence that feeds on the house's traumatic past to rescue her sister. The struggle becomes a fight for both their lives as the building's hunger grows stronger and Delilah slips further from reach.
