Part of The Lonely Motel, book 1

First published 2016

Angel stands outside Room 6 at the Lonely Motel, carrying the weight of his mother's death and years of research into this cursed place. He has returned with one purpose: to end the cycle of horror that has claimed so many victims. The room holds secrets so disturbing they seem impossible to believe. When Angel encounters Shyla, a prostitute working at the motel, he tries to warn her about the room's deadly history. Shyla dismisses his stories as fantasy, unable to accept that such evil could exist in one place. But the Lonely Motel operates by its own rules. It remembers every victim, forgives nothing, and always takes what it wants. As Angel confronts the darkness that destroyed his family, he discovers that some places are beyond redemption. The motel will not release its grip easily, and Angel must decide how much he is willing to sacrifice to break free from its curse.
