The Pendleton stands at the summit of Shadow Hill, a grand mansion built in the 1880s that now houses luxury condominiums. The building's residents believed they had found sanctuary in their beautiful apartments, but the Pendleton carries dark secrets from its past. Episodes of madness, suicide, and mass murder have marked the building almost since its construction. Now strange phenomena begin to manifest throughout the structure. Shadows move independently across the walls. Security cameras capture impossible images. Phantom voices speak in unknown languages. Inhuman figures appear in the basement levels. The elevators descend to floors that should not exist. Each hour brings new horrors as the residents realize that whatever force drove previous occupants to terrible fates has returned. The people living at 77 Shadow Street must confront this supernatural threat while discovering they may hold the key to humanity's survival. They face a deadly choice between succumbing to the building's malevolent influence or finding the strength to fight back against forces beyond their understanding.
