Strange reports flood in about ghostly apparitions near an abandoned lighthouse close to Olive's school, the Reforming Arts School or RASCH. Olive leads her team of underdog crime fighters to investigate these mysterious sightings. The supposed ghosts attract crowds of curious visitors to RASCH, but they also seem to draw attention from marine creatures in the nearby waters.
