Dewey Andreas has spent years disrupting terrorist plots across the globe. His latest mission exposes a Chinese spy buried deep inside Israel's Mossad. The discovery makes him a marked man. Fao Bhang, who runs China's state security apparatus, orders Andreas eliminated immediately. Andreas travels to Argentina with Jessica Tanzer, the U.S. National Security Advisor and the woman he loves. They arrive to witness the signing of a nuclear treaty with Iran. Chinese killers track them there. Andreas survives their assault, but Jessica dies in the crossfire. Andreas strikes back by killing two of Bhang's top operatives. The Chinese official faces internal rebellion over the diplomatic catastrophe. Bhang uses America's massive debt to China as leverage, forcing the U.S. government to abandon Andreas completely. Now Andreas operates alone against the entire Chinese intelligence machine. He plans to hunt down Fao Bhang personally. Only one man will survive this war of vengeance.
