Holiday Treasure

First published 2014

Tanner Storm has billions in the bank and zero responsibilities. His father hands him a rundown apartment complex in downtown Seattle as part of some twisted family game. Tanner wants to demolish the building and put up something profitable, but the tenants refuse to move and his father's contract won't let him evict them. The complaints pile up until Judge Kragle sentences Tanner to two weeks living in the very apartments he wants to destroy, plus two weeks playing mall Santa for community service. This is definitely not how Tanner planned to spend Christmas. Things get complicated when he meets his neighbor Kyla and feels an instant attraction. Living among the residents he once dismissed, Tanner starts to see his investment property differently. The question becomes whether this experience will change him permanently or if he'll revert to his old ways once his sentence ends.
