Phoebe is a dog with a pink tail who lives with her human family. She knows each member by their role: the Man in the Box, the Lady who Feeds Her, the Baby, and most importantly, the Girl with Curly Hair who is her sister and best friend. Every day Phoebe looks forward to going to the park with her sister to play their usual games. But today feels different. Her sister seems hesitant about something new, worried about making mistakes or not being perfect. Phoebe must find a way to encourage her best friend to take a chance and try something different.
