Jodi, BB and Matt break into an abandoned country house on what they think is a simple dare. The crumbling property holds a collection of antiques and jewelry that locals whisper carries a curse. What the trio doesn't know is that someone else wants inside. Lem has been planning this break-in for reasons that go far beyond theft. His family has suffered under a supernatural curse for two hundred years, and he believes reuniting the scattered relics in this house will finally break the spell. His father died trying to complete this same task. As the day unfolds, a violent chase drives all of them toward the isolated Crow Island during a fierce storm. The burglars find themselves caught between Lem's obsession and forces they cannot understand. The question becomes whether the curse is real or if believing in it creates its own destruction.
