Somali pirates have turned the village of Haradheere into a criminal empire. For three years, heavily armed brigands have captured massive cargo ships and oil tankers in the Indian Ocean, demanding millions in ransom. The village now operates its own stock exchange with $78 million in cash sitting in the town vault. Each successful ransom only fuels more attacks. The Pentagon grows increasingly frustrated as ship owners pay up and the cycle repeats. Then the Somali Marines cross a fatal line. They seize two United States vessels at gunpoint and demand $15 million for their return. The military responds by deploying Mack Bedford to SEAL Team 10, where he forms The Delta Platoon. Bedford faces a clear mission: destroy the Somali Marines completely in the middle of the Indian Ocean. No compromises, no negotiations. The pirates must be eliminated once and for all, whatever the cost.
