When they return to question their civilian informant, they find him murdered along with the FBI protection team. COE escalates with cyber attacks on major oil companies, stealing financial assets and classified information. Deep cover agent Vanessa Grace has infiltrated the terrorist cell as a bomb expert, but she must abandon her mission to warn Nicholas and Mike about COE's ultimate plan to assassinate the President. An unknown assassin complicates their race against time, and no one knows his target or employer. Nicholas teams up with Vanessa and works alongside the CIA, Secret Service, Mossad, MI-5, and fellow agents Savich and Sherlock to stop the conspiracy and protect the President from the mounting threats.
