Sky Baker has spent his high school years staying invisible in his small Michigan town. Being openly gay doesn't mean being loud about it, and Sky prefers keeping his head down. But senior year changes everything when he decides to ask his crush Ali to prom at the annual beach bum party. Sky gives himself thirty days to pull off an epic promposal that will announce his presence to everyone at Rock Ledge High School. Then disaster strikes. An anonymous hacker leaks Sky's plans in a vicious email blast filled with homophobic slurs. The message spreads through the school like wildfire. Sky considers dropping out entirely, but his classmates surprise him. Instead of turning against him, they rally around his thirty day countdown and launch their own investigation to catch the hacker. Sky finds himself at the center of attention whether he wants it or not. The question becomes whether he can embrace this new visibility or if his small town will force him back into hiding.
