Solila and Darak believe they have weathered the worst dangers when the Quintessons descend upon the Sacred Ring. The alien invaders bring total warfare to their world, transforming what seemed like survival into an existential battle. As explosions tear through familiar territories and ancient enemies reveal themselves, the two protagonists must navigate not just physical destruction but the collapse of everything they thought they understood. Robert Kirkman and Andrei Bressan expand their cosmic saga beyond individual struggles into species-wide conflict. The war exposes hidden connections to the Transformers universe while forcing Solila and Darak to confront whether their bond can survive when entire civilizations hang in the balance. This volume collects issues 25 through 30, marking a turning point where personal stakes become universal ones.
