Sherman Crunchley patrols the streets of Biscuit City with a smile and a helpful attitude. Every citizen knows him as the nicest police officer around. Sherman comes from a family of police chiefs, and everyone expects him to follow in their footsteps. But Sherman has a problem. He cannot refuse anyone anything. His gentle nature makes him beloved but ineffective as a law enforcement officer. When his father pressures him to become the next police chief, Sherman faces his biggest challenge yet. He must find the strength to speak up for himself and admit he wants a different path. The canine characters navigate this predicament with humor and heart. Sherman learns that honesty about his true desires matters more than meeting family expectations.
