Christopher Voss is an American businessman, author, and academic. He is best known for his work as a former FBI hostage negotiator, where he developed expertise in negotiation tactics and communication strategies. Voss co-authored the book Never Split the Difference, which draws on his experience in high-stakes negotiations. Voss is the CEO of The Black Swan Group Ltd, a company registered in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to his business work, he holds academic positions as an adjunct professor at Harvard Law School and Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He also serves as a lecturer at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
