Part of Detour
First published 2027
The six astronauts who flew to Saturn's moon thought they were heroes. They returned to Earth expecting parades and celebration. Instead, they made a horrifying discovery: this isn't their Earth. They've landed on a parallel world, and the billionaire who funded their mission now brands them traitors. Two crew members are captured immediately. The remaining four go into hiding, hunted across the nation. But their personal crisis becomes something far worse. Catastrophic events begin destroying the planet around them. The crew realizes they must find a way back to their own world while running from capture. They can only trust each other as they race to save both Earths from destruction. Jeff Rake delivers the second installment of his thriller series that began with Detour.
