Jason Bourne accepts what seems like a straightforward protection job in Qatar. He will impersonate a government minister at a political summit, serving as a decoy against potential assassins. The plan collapses when gunmen burst into the meeting room and slaughter everyone except Bourne. He discovers too late that he was the real target all along. Bourne wakes up imprisoned in an underground bunker, face to face with El Ghadan, a notorious terrorist whose name means "Tomorrow." El Ghadan reveals his captives: Soraya Moore, Bourne's close friend and former Treadstone co-director, along with her two year old daughter. The terrorist presents Bourne with an impossible ultimatum. The President is working to broker a peace treaty between Israelis and Palestinians. El Ghadan wants to destroy this historic agreement and demands that Bourne assassinate the President. If Bourne refuses, Soraya and her child will die. Bourne faces a choice that will haunt him regardless of what he decides.
