Dorothy finds herself swept away from Kansas into the magical land of Oz, where she must navigate a strange new world filled with talking animals, witches, and mystical creatures. Along her journey down the yellow brick road, she befriends a Scarecrow seeking brains, a Tin Man longing for a heart, and a Cowardly Lion in search of courage. Together they travel to the Emerald City to meet the mysterious Wizard of Oz, hoping he can grant their deepest wishes and help Dorothy return home. But the Wizard may not be what he seems, and Dorothy discovers that the power to solve her problems might have been with her all along. In this manga-influenced adaptation, Mike Cavallaro brings fresh visual energy to Baum's beloved tale of friendship, self-discovery, and the meaning of home.
