Dwight sits suspended from McQuarrie Middle School, facing possible expulsion. His origami Yoda finger puppet, which gave students amazing advice for a full year, can no longer help anyone. The puppet predicted pop quizzes, revealed crushes, and saved kids from countless embarrassing moments. Most sixth graders believed Yoda truly used the Force. Now Harvey, Dwight's enemy, controls the school with his own puppet called Darth Paper. This evil creation spreads insults and negativity throughout the hallways. Harvey may have orchestrated Dwight's suspension in the first place. The students of McQuarrie refuse to accept this dark turn. They work together to build a case file that might save Dwight from permanent expulsion. Each kid contributes evidence and testimony about how Origami Yoda helped them. Their mission becomes desperate as Darth Paper's influence grows stronger. The fate of their beloved weird classmate hangs in the balance.
