Travis discovers a tiny abandoned skunk and his soft heart won't let him walk away. He smuggles the baby animal home and names him Stinky. With help from his sister Callie Vee and Dr. Pritzker, Travis nurses Stinky back to health. The little skunk adapts to life at the Tate house surprisingly well. Then Travis finds Stinky's sibling, Winky, who also needs rescuing. Now two skunks roam the Tate property, and Travis faces a much bigger challenge. Keeping one skunk secret was manageable, but hiding two from Mother's sharp eyes and nose proves nearly impossible. Travis and Callie must use all their animal care skills while dodging discovery. The siblings learn that sometimes doing the right thing for animals means risking everything at home.
